The Masseria Alchimia guest house in Puglia, Italy, is a small boutique with 10 studios, each with its own entrance and furnished with a selection of design classics, warm colours and natural materials.
Designed by owner Caroline Groszer, the guest house also features a selection of contemporary art pieces that changes periodically.
As an ''accommodation only'' guesthouse, it does not serve breakfast, nevertheless, guests can easily supply themselves with locally-grown foodstuff from several small shops nearby.‎
The Puglia region is famous for two different types of architecture: the Trulli huts with their conical roofs, and the Masserie, thick-walled farmhouses.
